processional cross
Among the liturgical pieces of the Parish there are some elements that are worth mentioning. The first of these is the raised cross that normally presides over the presbytery but which, as you can imagine, has a processional function both in liturgical celebrations and in those of popular piety. It is a magnificent piece of silver from the second third of the 16th century, the work of Francisco Ruiz and Diego Muñoz. On its front part it has an image of Christ crucified, while on its back Saint Andrew the Apostle is represented. This cross is incensed during liturgical celebrations using a silver censer and naveta from the 16th century. Also noteworthy are the various chalices (ranging from the 16th to the 20th century), the chrismeras from the 17th century, the custody and the lantern of the Blessed Sacrament from the 18th century, as well as the sacred ones of consecration, the sink and the last Gospel, also of the eighteenth century.
